The Focused Sprint is a short-term intensive centered on (re)creating your résumé. Working together in real time, your materials are reviewed, structured, and refined so they reflect your authentic voice, highlight your strengths (as well as transferable skill sets), and honor your professional experience.

  The Focused Sprint typically spans 3 to 5 weeks. This allows sufficient space between meetings for review, reflection, and steady progress without feeling rushed.

• Do you write the résumé for me?
  This is a collaborative partnership. Working together ensures your documents reflect your authentic voice, values, and nuanced expertise—avoiding the flat, generic phrasing that often comes from third-party writers or AI templates. Better still, you are empowered to lead your own narrative so that future updates feel intuitive and grounded. 

• What if I’m transitioning out of academia or higher education?
  The sprint is tailored specifically to bridge this gap. We will translate academic jargon, structure scholarly achievements into industry-friendly impact metrics, and emphasize your high-level transferable skills.

• What if I’m transitioning out of an industry you’re unfamiliar with?
  My background in grief work, Internal Family Systems (IFS) work, self-trust, somatic coaching, and applied sociology allows me to support clients through complex workplace dynamics. This includes burnout and career friction that impact professional lives across every field. The focus is on identifying transferable strengths, unsticking the narrative freeze, and translating your expertise into language that resonates anywhere you choose to go. You do not need an industry insider to build a compelling career narrative.

• What happens between our scheduled sessions?
  Between meetings, you will receive targeted asynchronous feedback, line edits, and structured check-ins to maintain momentum and ensure you never feel like you’re working in isolation.

• How does the sliding scale investment work?
  The investment ranges from $700 to $1,100. You choose the tier that aligns with your financial capacity. Flexible payment plans are also available upon request.
